Our Programs
Jr. Black Achievement Awards priority areas include:
+ Educational opportunities which foster advancement,
+ Intergenerational training and mentoring,
+ Promoting and nurturing a deeper appreciation of our cultural diversity and heritage,
+ Offering training and education in communication and leadership skills,
+ Health and Wellness Educations,
+ Community Activism & Civic Engagement,
+ Provide recognition and award scholarships to applicants that identify as members of the Black Community and are interested in obtaining a post secondary education,
+ Host Community Partner Education Sessions,
+ Host the Jr. Black Achievement Weekend Educational Event,
+ Host the Jr. Black Achievement Awards Ceremony.
